Need a good vitamin for 16 month old. Dairy/Soy free
« on: December 16, 2006, 03:06:28 am »
Does anyone give their lo's a daily vitamin?  I don't think vitamins (the drops), have soy or milk in them, but just in case we are MSPI, so avoiding that.

He does not eat  many vegetables or meat, so I want to make sure he is getting his vitamins.  He is drinking rice milk.

Any ideas on a really good multi-vitamin for a 16 month old.  Drops!

Thanks, Wendy

We use Trivisol with iron drops. Poly-visol with iron is even better (since it has B vitamins also) but many refuse it because of taste. Will check ingredients later today.

What about a health food or "natural" store?  They have soy/milk free all kinds of other stuff.
