just wondering when you all did this and how?  did you just stop or cut down?  when did you do it? what were the signs?  i looked for ingo on it but cant see it prob being blind

we stopped cold turkey because she would refuse her breakfast bottle. now we have no problems

Hi! We diluted DS's milk and we were DF free within 2 weeks...but he was bottle fed! With BF children, you might have to cut down in minutes and move the time earlier, every 3 nights....

Obvious signs are breakfast decrement or refusal, small bottles, not hungry during the day...
