wholemilk if bf?

HI do I still introduce wholemilk after 1 year if im still bf?
Dd does eat yoghurt cottage cheese, cheese etc

1 year is the guideline of when it's considered safe to introduce. If your lo is still nursing and getting calcium etc from other sources, then you don't have to worry about it. You can always start introducing it to her by giving her a little bit in a cup every now and then.

Ditto that - you can go ahead and introduce it when you are ready. But as long as they are nursing, they don't "need" it so much. Especially with other dairy in the diet. All that said, I was told at my LLL group that allergies are less if the food is introduced while still nursing. So, I would go ahead and introduce it and get her somewhat used to it before you wean completly.
