My dd usually is a great sleeper. lately her naps have been going from 1.45 hrs to 1.20 and 1 hour. and today for some reason she son't take a nap at all!!!!!!!! very unlike her. she has been up since 7am and it is now 2 ans she has been in there for one hour. last night she slept 12 hours because she did only one hour yesterday and she was exhausted. I don't get why she is all the sudden taking short naps and protesting sleep?? she cannot go all day without a nap. this is so annoying. I don't know what to do.
and at night she wakes like she is going through a sleep change like she used to when she was a baby. I don't go in because she goes back to sleep herself and I don't wnat to start a habit. she has been very difficult lately. I am due to have another baby in 7 weeks but that should not effect her now. and she is fine when she is awake.
Do I just keep to the schedule and let her work it out? I don't want her to call the shots here. nap time is naptime.. HELP
