Great news she is back to eating puree fruit she actually asked for it the other day. I am also mixing in half a banana into her weetbix every morning ;D

can i butt in? in the same line of thought, DS will eat any fruit as long as its pureed but not in bits, how on earth can i get him to start eating real fruit???

Have you tried freezing the fruits?  DD loves anything that is ice cold.  Of course not all fruits are freezable but if you cut them into cubes and insert a popsicle stick through them, offer the treat as a popisicle.  Works great on a hot day.

wow stacy thanx for the great tips, I do think its the feel in his hands as well as his mouth as he sticks he tongue out and drops it if i give it to him and just spits if i put it in his mouth, altho he does this with all food at first before he decides he likes it ::) i will try the cereal thing and the pancake (btw do u have good pancake recipe...i kno ikno shameful have never made pancakes before!

Last time I added cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves and got a gingerbread flavor.  Just a sprinkle of each.  Yummy!!!`
