Sour Plums

I just made plum puree and it is so sour I don't even think I could eat it. Any suggestions as to what I could add to it to sweeten it without adding sugar. I hate to waste it but it really is sour.

The plum puree is really sour. Mimi likes it like that though. Maybe see if lo will take it anyway.
