Before milk comes in

I'm getting a bit ahead of myself here but I've leant my BW book to a friend and I can't remember the advice Tracy gives for establishing breastfeeding during the first 3 days. Does somebody mind looking it up for me? I *think* it's on a table called feeding 101.
I couldn't find this in the FAQs but apologies if it's there!
Thanks

If I remember correctly, it goes something like this
day 1--5 min each side as often as the baby likes
day 2--10 min each side every two hours or so
day 3 --20-30 min every two hours (both sides still)
Day 4 --40 min one side every three hours. Begin Easy as much as you can
Does that sound right to everyone else? I'm just trying to remember since I got my copy from the library and had to give it back. I really just need to buy the book.

I can't put my hands on the book atm, but this link is very important Kelly (from the FAQs):

Emma (Samuel's mum), Laura (Deigo's mom) and I all agreed that Tracy would have most likely revamped her ideas on establishing bfing in the first few weeks based on new research, so we wrote this FAQ. HTH

Thanks both.
I don't remember Zander asking for a feed for the first few days (he was small and not very interested) but I followed Tracy's advice for building up the feeds and it worked well. Of course I might give birth to a big chubby monster who's asking to feed constantly for the first few days this time!

Yeah, Jalyn wasn't asking for it either (in fact, she was refusing it). I would try to feed at least every 2.5-3 hours and once things are established, then feed on cue, but not letting *him* go beyond the 3 hour mark.
