FAQ's link is missing

When I try to access the FAQ link below:

General Sleep FAQ: https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?board=84.0

The page brings up an error message that reads:

"The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."

I accessed this page yesterday a few times and was wondering what could be wrong today?

hmmm.... it shows up for me.  did you try to refresh the page? 

if that doesn't work either, you can try deleting your cookies & clearing your files.  directions for that are here:

A member just pm'd me and said that this link isn't working for her. She gets an error message that says "this page is off limits to you"  It is working for me???

We are all mods though... is it possible that the FAQ link settings have drifted so only us mods can see it??
