what does she eat so far? Anything she won't eat?

By 18 months my DS was eating pretty much anything...Traditional sandwiches to stir fry...quesadillas...skillets....etc...

If she's a good eater, sky's the limit...if not, we'll get creative!

We do pretty well with lunch but struggle with breakfast as DD doesn't love fresh fruit other than little bits, won't eat yogurt lately, doesn't like eggs, etc. She does like turkey bacon but I can't let her have it too often - too much sodium!

BREAKFAST
Cereal (plain bran flakes are a fav)
Oatmeal
Pancakes, waffles, french toast (I make a bunch and freeze them individually)
Toast, muffins
All of the above is supplemented with fruit and/or yogurt

On the weekends, we do full breakfast at least one day - eggs, bacon, grits, etc.

LUNCH
Cheese and crackers
Quesadillas
Grilled cheese (can you tell my kid is a cheese freak?)
Rolls of lunchmeat (occasionally)
Jelly sandwiches (PB if your ped has ok'd it)
Also supplemented with raw veggie sticks, fruit, etc.

Have you looked on top of this thread? I found lots of useful ideas from thread What did your toddler eat today.

One of my lo's favorites for breakfast is oatmeal - I mix an uncooked egg yolk in at the end of the cooking time and stir it around - it cooks up just from the heat of the oatmeal and makes it a bit creamier - very yummy ;D  You mentioned that your lo doesn't eat eggs, so this might be a good way to get some into her.  Ds doesn't eat a whole lot of meat, so I like to add the egg yolk in sometimes to try and make up for that.

His other favs:
whole wheat toast with butter and jam
whole wheat french toast
yogurt smoothie (about 6 oz plain yogurt mixed with about 2 oz juice or I'll blend it with frozen fruit)
pancakes (I make big batches and freeze leftovers in between sheets of parchment paper.  Then all I have to do is pop it in the toaster oven in the morning!!!)
