how can I get a password reset message?

Help.  Password was automatic on my old PC. Now I have a new one.  Can't remember password.  2nd try to have a passwrod reset sent and I am not getting it. 

Either would like to have my email wiped out so I can start new w/same email or need a reset.  Thanks!

I really need to post!  (This pc is soooooooo slow I need to get set on the new one for BW.com!)

Just a simple thing to check first (I've recently done this ::)). If you're expecting a password reminder or activation e-mail from here, don't just check your inbox, also check your junk box - it could be going in there.
