HELP - getting over the 45 min mark 6 1/2 mo
« on: April 08, 2007, 02:04:21 am »
I'm desparately needing help with getting my 6 1/2 mo over the 45 min nap mark. We are new to BW and EASY, and while he now goes down quite nicely for both naps and nighttime sleep, I just can't get him past the 45 min mark. I've read the article on napping, but I can't figure out what to do to help him. Do I use W2S at his age, and if so, which method? Help!

Hello there :),

please can you post your routine, so we can have a look to see if something needs 'tweaking'? Also, how is your lo getting to sleep - is he doing independent sleep, or are there any props being used?
Caroline :)
