hello again! well things were going really well recently and T's naps have finally improved to 2hrs + HURRAH! BUT last few nights its taken hima a very long time to get to sleep....do u think the long nap os the culprit?
He now wakes about 6.30 - 7.00
Naps around 12.30/12.45 to 2.45/3.15
Bedtime 7.30
For example today he slept from 12.45 to 3.30 as he'd been swimming and was exhausted, took him over 1 hr to get to sleep
Do u reckon he needs more A time before bed , shorter nap? Any suggestions?
PS hes now 18 mos
