I have always used a microwave and shaken well

if they didnt put the warning on the milk cartons then less care would be taken and in the event of a catastrophe the milk company would be liable.
they add a warning we still use micro and shake well they are not liable and accidents are less likely as we are more careful IYKWIM lol
