She wants to play but not allone and then arround 8 she faals a sleep again. We are putting her to sleep arround 9.30 am because she will not sleep sooner tahn that. We really donīt know what to do and how to change this behavior. can someone help? thanks ladies!

21.30 is 9:30 right?

If that is correct then I think she needs a much earlier bedtime.  She should be on a 12 hour day/12 hour night sch.  I think the early waking could be a sign of being overtired.  I would try to slowly move bedtime forward.  Do you try to extend naps that last only 45 min?  Those could be a problem as well.

Sorry. 21.30 is 9.30 pm. You could be right. we'll try. Spand naps with her is dificult because she gets soo exiceted that she doesn't sleep unless we hold her for a long time and, as she has some indepence in going to sleep, we wouldn't try that. thanks again and I'll give some notice of how thw night went. :-*

Hi! Just to keep you posted... last night we mannaged to put dd to be at 8.30 pm. She was not happy about it, but she went to sleep on her own. She woke up twice during the night, but this was a different kind o waking, because she was crrying out. The fist time she just went back to sleep with some litle "shhh"" but one hour later she was crying again and so we gave her a botlle (that she drunk like she was famished... maybe she was, but we donīt know why, because she had her normal food input during the day). Then she went back to sleep till 8am. Let us see how this night will go. Thanks again :-*

Yes, keep me posted.  It seems as she is on a good 12 hour sleep.  She probably will need time to adjust to the early bedtime. How long after her last bottle does she go to bed.  You may want to give her some milk during your windown as she could be thirsty overnight if she doesn'r drink anything after dinner.
