sudden 30 min. naps today? cause?
« on: April 25, 2007, 22:33:57 pm »
Has anyone had a day where all your lo's naps were strangely short. I am hoping it is not a phase that is starting. But I am also wondering what the cause could be.

We got a free coca-cola with our pizza order last night, and I drank 3 cups over the last 2 days. (I never drink soda.)  Could this cause Nicolas to have sudden short naps?  He also was spitting up tons today, and doesn't normally spit up that often.

Anyone have any ideas?
thank you, liana

24 weeks.
This is the routine I aim for:
Last week I was able to extend his afternoon nap to 1.5 and 2 hours a few times. It made a huge difference in his mood after waking. Also, the last few days he has made it 3.5 hrs between feedings.
a-6
e-6
s-8-9
e-9
s-1030-1130
e-12
s-1-2 or 1-3
e-3
s-4-5
e-530

bath and bedtime routine starts at 645, usually asleep by 730
eats  at 7pm.

Sometimes after eating at 6am, he will sleep until 7 and our routine is a little different.
