Well last night he woke up one time gave him a paci and he went right back to sleep.  He woke up at about 5:30AM because he had a BM, if it wasn't for that I think he would have slept longer.
From this point forward all of his naps will be in his crib and once he gets used to the daycare we are going to transition him completely to the crib.  But for now I know this is tramatic for him so I kept his night sleepings in the bed with me.
Yesterday the daycare said he took 2 30 min naps and 1 40 min nap.  By 6:30PM last night he was past out.  But I guess my kid is weird the shorter naps have helped him sleep the night, I can't believe it. I feel asleep on the couch around 9PM woke up areound 11:00PM, went upstairs, my son wanted his paci around 12:45AM and then he slept till 5:20AM.  I got 4 hours of sleep in a row, I feel like a million bucks.  Makes me wish I had not fallen on the couch last night I  would have had 2 4 hour stretches.  And again he did not feed in the middle of the night.  I am just hoping it stays like this and then eventually he does not wake up at all, but i'll take once over 4-5 times and having to feed him.

Good luck.  I think putting him in the crob for naps at home is a great idea.  I don't think you have to do all at once.  I do think those naps could end up causing trouble in the long run but I am glad you got some sleep.  I know how good that can feel

Do you think you LO could be teething? MY DD cries in her sleep when she is teething. She copes ok in the day usually because she can bite things and is busy but nighttime is terrible, it's a very sad cry and I run in and she's asleep  :( She will often take her dummy too and spit it out. I find we have it for a while and then we'll have a good week or two and then it starts again, worst thing is we have no teeth still  ::)

Skatty,

It could be teething.  I am not sure, but I did think that.  This weekend has been bad because he got sick.  So his whole schedule is off.  I am hoping that when  he gets better it won't take that long to get him back on his EASY.  All I know is that I am so tired because I was up all night with him.  And he has napped alot today. So we shall see how the night goes.
Thanks.
