This is my first time posting and I really need help.My son is eight months old.he was born three weeks early,I really dont know if that matters.I have been trying for a routine for four months but he wont go for it.His wake times are all over the place.At night he will sleep from6:30-5:30 without a wake up most of the time.the day is a big problem.he is rubbing his eyes after one hour and by an hour and half he is winning and pulling at his ears or head.If I put him down then he will sleep half an hour.If I wait for two hours and push him he will still only sleep half hour.I have tried to let him be to resettle and he usually wont cry but will whine and roll around in bed.total daytime sleep sometimes is 1 and half hours.he is now staring to fight bedtime and cry.I have to go back in and lay him down as he is up on all fours looking at the door.I really need help.he is always tired and yawns all day with red eyes.
