does she need more activity time?

Hi all.My dd is almost 7 months old and is a great sleeper.Though today she has started to moan as soon as i take her into her bedroom for her naps.When i put her down she usually takes her blankey and goes to sleep very easily but now she is turning and looking at me and not wanting me to leave.Does she need more A time now?


Heres todays schedule:

6am  Wake and bf
8:30 nap 1.15
10:15 solids bf
12:30 nap (here she protested the most,then woke after 30 mins,babbling)
1:30  solids bf
3:30 catnap 30mins
6:30 bf
7:00 bed

Do i need to extend her A time and then drop her catnap?

I would say yes it may be time to drop the catnap. Is she sleeping well at night or waking early? really if she is not crying then just let her be and she will fall asleep when she wants to.

She sleeps well but she did wake at 4am this moning.It toke her 45 mins to go back to sleep,then she woke at 5:45.Because of this she was ready for her morning nap after only 2 hours.

last night and the early morning today was probably from a poor afternoon nap yesterday afternoon.
