Your toddler's morning routine... please share

I'm a working mom and when I went back to work my DH and I sort of figured out our morning routine and it seems to be working, but I missed a step or two that should incorporate.  So here I am asking for advice...

Our routine...
6:00 LO wakes up
6:10 I bring her to our bed to read as I'm not ready to get up
6:30 I dress LO and her dad gets ready and takes her downstairs
6:45 LO get a bottle of milk
7:00 I come down after getting ready
7:00 - 7:30 breakfast
7:30 we leave the house

What's missing??? washing her face, brushing her teeth and hair.
we sort of brush her hair just before we leave and I wipe her face with a wet cloth after she eats, but that's not a routine... 

Any suggestions how should we incorporate these into our routine???

We don't do a face wash in the morning, just a good wipedown after breakfast. I also brush her hair before going out for our morning outing (usually library). Brushing teeth happens just after the meal and face wipe. My lo just turned 18 months so we have also added potty time about 20 minutes after she's done eating.

what about brushing her hair in your bed, instead of doing the reading?  or, have her look at a book while you brush her hair?

I brush my LO's hair while she eats breakfast (captive audience :) ) and clean her face after she eats.  She brushes her teeth after that. :)

If its routine your after, I would suggest you wash her face then brush her hair right before getting her dressed, then clean teeth right after breakfast.  Pretty much the order you probably get yourself ready in morning  :)

Thanks for all your advice.   :-*  :-*  :-*

What we've started doing is this:
-read on our bed
-get dressed
-bottle of milk
-wash her face
-brush her teeth
-brush her hair
It actually works quiet well.  After she has her milk, DH brushes his teeth, so he takes DD to the bathroom with him, sits her on the counter and they do the washing and brushing while I have my breakfast.

That sounds like a good routine, especially that you get breakfast in peace  ;D
