hello!
Ds usually wakes around 7 am and is down for nap at 12.30 (asleep by 12.45 usually) recently tho he's taken a long time to fall asleep for nap and I'm wonderign if he needs more A time? He suffers badly with overtiredness so am hesistant
just wanted to know what other's have as their A time. Ps he0s just getting over a cold so you'd think he'd be EXTRA tired

Michelle, Callum wakes around 7-7.30 and is usually asleep for his nap around 1/1.15pm.

thanx girls...hmmm think maybe he needs more A time before pm nap, he doesnt seem allt hat tired really when he goes down at 12.30 and usually take still 1pm to fall asleep whereas before it was 10mins...will try later nap thanx!
