I would just treat a 5am wake as a nightfeed and feed and then put her down and wake at 7. That way after a few days you can make sure she catches up on sleep and then get rid of the 5am wake up or she will do it yourself.

All the other advice is excellent from PP's, let us know how you get on.

Also, my DS teeth didn't bother him intially, but the top one's always caused some bother, whereas the bottom one's didn't! Thought it might be the cause of some concern, just an idea anyway.

Good luck x

her naps are: 9-10 and 12-2 or maybe 12-2.30 and catnap at 4.30 for 20 mins.

i have tried feeding her at 5am and putting her back down, she just laughs and giggles..so i leave her there and after say 15mins she starts to cry

It might be that she is ready to drop the catnap. In which case you would have to add more A time to her morning & afternoon. So naps would be 9:30-10:30 & 1.30-3pm & bedtime 6-6.30pm

Are you waking her up at 20mins into her catnap or she wakes on her own??? What time does she go to bed now?
