What is Dream Feeding?

Hi,

I hear everyone talking about dream feeding, but not sure what it is. If it is as simple as picking up my sleeping child to feed him during the night.. how does it work, my little guy is such a light sleeper, I would wake him up for sure.

My son is 6 months old and wakes up 1 or 2 a night to feed.

This link might help you a little... at his age he should be taking one feed MAYBE but definitely not two. By 6 mo night feeds are usually habits and/or issues with the daily routine that need to be adjusted.
