Early waking tends to mean overtired.  He may just be having a hard time with the time change.
What time is he waking?  How long is he up?

If he is up at 5am, 1pm nap is too long. Try to shift his day a little so that his nap is close to 11.30-12pm (the latest) and bedtime is close to 6.30pm (the latest). It takes some time to adjust to the new times.

Sam is waking up by 5:00am follow sleep again until 7:00am than he naps by 1:00 to 3:30. Even with this big nap he could be tired?
Could he be in growth spurt? Should I give to him some milk by 11:00pm or before I go to bed?
I'm lost... But thanks any way for the quick help!

So he is up between 5-7?  What have you been doing during that time?  Could he be getting teeth?
I really think he is probably just overtired and having a tough time adjusting to the time change. I would try to put him to bed a little earlier to help him catch up.

Yes, even with a long 2hr nap in the afternoon , he would be overtired because he is awake for such a long time in the morning. I would honestly bring the nap back & put him to bed early until he adjusts. The overtiredness might catch up (cause it can be cumulative) & he might be resisting naps as well.

& no, I don't think you should start feeding him now. Its going to become a prop & then you'll haveto deal with something new when you get back home. He's going to keep on waking up for that bottle.... so if it were me... I wouldn't. He's not waking up because he is hungry (providing he is eating well during the day)... he is wakign up becuase of the recent changes.

Ewww, molars are tough.  I would not hesitate to give pain meds before bed if you think they are really bothering him. If Claire wakes and I think it is teeth pain, I give her a dose of tylenol or motrin and then put oragel on her gums.  I usually don't use that stuff but I find at night it takes the edge off just enough to allow her to go back to sleep.
