anyone know of good boards or chats for eczema?
« on: June 29, 2007, 01:36:29 am »
Hi.  DD has had a really, really bad summer for eczema since April.  Wondering who might have good resources for more info.  I'm getting more confused as I try to gather info.

Thanks.

Hi there

My dd has eczema, she always had really dry skin no matter what I tried or the doctor gave us to try, we switched washing powders you name it.  I then found a cream called Avenno for babies, this cream is fantastic.  Her skin seems to flare up when teething, we use the Avenno everyday and only have to use prescribed creams when her skin is very bad.

Problem is the baby version of the cream cannot be bought in the UK I have to order it on line.  We just tried loads of things, and locked a lot on line.

Hope this helps a bit

Wendy

The eczema board on this forum is good. I also find that eczemaparentscircle group on yahoo is good aswell.
