Some of my dd's favourites are:

Natural yogurt with a selection of fresh fruit to dip in it.
Soft cheese with breadsticks or on crackers. (boursin is her favourite).
Slices of ham, cheese and crackers.
Banana with a little honey.
Humous and pitta bread to dip served with grapes. (has to come with grapes not sure why)

James has atopic eczema, multiple food allergies, asthma and late talker

Great ideas!

He does take a 1/2  a multi-vitamin a day and 1/2 of a juice plus a day.  He takes the veggie one of the Juice Plus.  It is an all natural supplement.  Here is the link if anyone is interested.  It has 6 or 7 different veggies in it.

Frozen peas, or frozen or tinned corn kernels and snap peas are great snacks. I'd also rather give her those and other whole foods, then lots of processed snacks. They are just as easy!

Banana and honey mashed onto an english muffin

Banana smoothie, milk, yogurt, banana and honey

DD is MUCH more interested in new food if she thinks she's being cheeky stealing it while I'm cooking (introduced salmon that way) and if she helps make it. She loves making mini-pizzas and concentrates soooo hard on shaking the toppings all over the pizza.
