Hi, can anyone advicse me on adding rice protein to rice milk? Does it make the milk more filling, does it taste ok? Is it ok to start using before 12 months? How much do you need to add?
I will really appreciate any info

You may also want to check under the MSPI thread/stick above. I know some people used to add both coconut milk and rice protein. But I really would suggest you see an allergist and/or dietician for your LO too...

Thanks karen, I will take a look. We have an appointment to see an allergist and dietician at the end of August

Good to hear! I wouldn't make too many changes before then if possible.
