are there "snap n go" strollers for the bigger car seats?

does anyone know what i'm talking about? we're about to buy a bigger carseat (eg britax marathon) and i could've seen someone push one around like a stroller at the airport but not sure where to look for the adapter thingy. we're taking an international flight soon and it would be helpful!

Neat!!  I had visions of renting a cart and attaching the car seat by it's LATCH straps.  This looks simpler!
