milk/soy/gluten free cheese is available!

There is a sub for cheese. It is made with brewer's yeast. I got it from the gluten-free pantry. I made burritos and nachos with it....... soooooo good. There is a white "cheese" and a yellow "cheese". I did not care for the white.

I wonder if they do something like that inthe UK. That would be great for my ds once he starts eating. That could be a long time off but good to know what things are available anyway.

I used to get it from here. Silly me, I thought it would be easy to find it, but it was almost 4 years ago. I can't find it and wrote to them. The company is in Canada, I don't know if they will ship to the UK. Will keep you posted.
