If it is corn, remember to look at ingredients on everything, almost all boxed crackers and cookies and even flavored yogurt. For a while I only gave her rice cakes, the plain ones, good thing she like it, especially with nut better. At the health food store alot of the gluten free cookies and crackers don't have corn but alot of them do. It is exhausting, but so is your lo being sick, so worth it. By the way, I don't think all citric acid is made from corn, BUT it can be. We have been trying to get to just eating whole foods, I know it is better for us, but not nearly as convenient, and you have to constantly be watching other people, they just don't think. I am no expert in this area, but I will help as much as I can. Also that ALCAT test that I put a link to, I think that they send you a rotation diet with foods you can have, I have some friends that did it, b/c the traditional allergy test are not always reliable.
