My dd is now 13 months and up until last week was a really good eater and would eat 90% of thing put in fron of her whether it was finger food or a meal spoonfed.
She weill now only eat cereal, fruit and yogurt. She can recognise what they look like and if you give her anything different she won't even open her mouth. She will eat rubbish like fish fingers, chicken nuggets burger, chips etc.
I make everything myself so it is all homemade. he is her typical day.
6.30am wake up
7.30am 7oz milk
8.00am breakfast cheerios, weetabix, toast eats it all up
9.30am small fruit snack. eats all
9.30am nap
10.00am plays
12.00pm chicken casserole, fish pie, pasta refuses point blank. offer fruit eats all up
1.00pm nap
2.00pm fruit snack
5.00pm lasagne, beef in a gravy with rice, pasta bake refused point blank
6.30pm 6oz milk bottle
