Hi
my baby is 6 months old no solids yet. She is tongue tied (clipped twice) and in those six months I have been breastfeeding her, fed with medela sns and with syringe and now bottle feeding her (Dr brown). When she eats she looks fussy and makes lot of noises. She does not want to finish bottles or to drink most of the times so I mostly do ESA. There is a way to make bottle feeding easier or more appealing to her? She loved to eat with syringe but she does not like it with bottle, she went first on medela calma teat. I exclusively pump for her. Can it be that she cannot properly latch on the bottle?
This is how her schedule looks like approximately:
4.00 am 210 ml
9.30/10.00 am - 80 -180 ml (half while asleep)
12,30 - 13,30 - 210 ml (half while asleep)
16,30 - 17,00 pm - 210 ml (half while asleep)
20,15 - 21,00 pm - 140 - 210 ml
She drinks very fast at the beginning and cries after 60 80ml.She was checked for reflux but she does not have. She had but a lot of air in her stomach.
