Some babies need less A time in the morning. Mine does. She wakes at 8 down at 12:30/1 and down at 8.
Watch her cues. You can put her down for a nap a bit earlier if need be. Remember that the goal is to watch her not the clock.

If she did good with waking at 7 and going down for na at 12.30 then I think that waking little after 6 makes he naptime about 11.30 or 12. Until she is back on track again.
