emily's night sleep has always been crap so I would let her sleep in even till 8.30 and this has worked well with the nap transition
now EW means 2 naps
LW means 1 nap

I rarely wake them up in the morning.  I only wake them up if I have to manipulate their day because of special occassions.

My 2 have always been early risers until lately where they have slept til 7. The annoying thing is I started back at work next wk and will have to get then up at 6.30!! just my luck!!!!
