W2s will only work for habitual Wu at the same time each time. If you find he is waking the same times 1hr before would be the time to do it at night.

I w2s anyways. He often work up 2-2.5 hours after we put him down. He slept through from 7pm to 7:20 am-yay! Don't know, if that was due to w2s, his good nap or mere coincidence. Doesn't matter, I hope for more good days and nights.
Thanks, keep you updated (I guess esp., if it gets worse again...)

Well done. Long may it continue. Probably a bit of everything. Hope you all made the most of it.

okay, the nights are pretty good, he wakes up once or twice before 10 now, I could live with that. But: his naps are getting shorter again. From 2h 4 days ago to 1.5 hours, then 1 hour 15 minutes, today 1 hour. Is he getting too much sleep at night, so he isn't tired anymore? He is yawning like crazy and crying though, after his nap today...

Waking before 10pm would suggest OT. What time is he waking, napping and going to bed?

That doesn't sound like too much. Are you still doing the w2s?

Yes, and for naps he usually wakes up exactly 45 minutes after I did w2s. I didn't do it today, though.
Put him down at 6:15, he was out right away.

Maybe he needs to go to bed earlier.

Will try an earlier bed time tonight. Will have to, since his nap today was only 30 minutes, so I didn't even have the chance to do wake to sleep
