S 1030-1100 (was trying to get her down from 9am - showing tired cues)
This is hard, particularly with a spirited - if they're not smack bang in their sleep window, they struggle to go to sleep. I think she was probably undertired at 9am and by 10:30, quite overtired, hence the 30min nap.
As a starting point for her age, I'd start off with a routine a bit more like this (unless she's used to going for a nap after much shorter times):
7 - wake, BF
8 - solids
10 - nap
11:30 - wake, BF
12:30 - solids
2:30 - nap
4 - wake, BF
5 - solids
7 - BF
7:30 - asleep for the night
You may find you need to be there at the 30min mark and do hold through the jolts or shush/pat to try and get her to extend the nap if she's never napped longer than 30-45min since 4 months of age.
Hugs! Getting a spirited LO to sleep is tricky but they're so much fun when they're awake that its worth it
