Nurse to sleep at night?
« on: September 05, 2018, 09:45:55 am »
Hi, I just finished reading Secrets of the Baby Whisperer and I want to start implementing the technique with my 1 month old “Textbook” baby girl. Following EASY during the day has been pretty “easy” so far but my question is how does EASY work at nighttime? I’m guessing there are no activity times during the night which means she is nursing to sleep at night. I typically do a nappy change in the middle of the feed and then put her straight back in her crib after burping. Is that right? Is it ok for her to associate feeding with sleep at night but not during the day? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
