I'm so so confused, and being so tired isn't helping me think clearly either. So, here's the thing: dd has stopped taking long naps, and having 45 minute naps throughout the day. At first I thought this was due to having to wake her up in the middle of her naps so often (visits to the doc, shots, pick up big sister, etc), that she unlearned how to get herself back to sleep. So, I tried to teach her how to do it again. BUT, I do not have the time to do this because of big sister, also I don't have the will-power to see it through beyond the first hour. So, as a result her 3-hour EASY is going down the drain. I try to keep to the feeding schedules in spite of her early wakings, so I wait for her hungry cries, and it usually falls in the right time. Night times are a problem also. She stopped doing her 6 hour stretch and has been waking every 2, 2 1/2 hours for the last week (so it's not a growth spurt). I was way too tired to attempt anything, so I fed her, like I used to whenever she woke (because she would only wake out of hunger, and I just fell into that pattern). Now, when she wakes and I feed her, she has a half-feed, and cries when I put her down to sleep.
Could she be ready for 4-hour EASY (she's 12 weeks tomorrow)?
I'm putting the sleep questions on the sleep forum, but any suggestions
