Stacy
Yesterday I had already dropped Zara at daycare when we talked (I was at work
). But, her day was like this:
5:15am wakeup
6am - Breakfast - solids and fingerfood and 180ml bottle
8am Nap 1/2 hr (not to worry she never sleeps much at daycare)
9am Snack - fruit and arrowroot biscuit
11:30 Lunch - solids and fingerfood and 180ml bottle
12:30 -Nap 1/2 hr
2:30 - Snack - yoghurt and arrowroot biscuit
5:00 - Dinner - Solids and finger food
6:30 - Bottle - 240ml
7pm Bed.
And she went to bed with no dummy and no complaint at all and no playing. And she has slept through with a tiny stir at 4am that did not require me to get out of bed and go to her
. It is now 5:10am and even though we are up getting ready for work, she has not woken yet...any time from now is perfectly fine, I think she is starting to stir.
So, I will continue with the feeding schedule, but do you think I should also limit her day sleep to 2 hrs or something?
And thankyou again for your help, it was wonderful to have a full night sleep finally.
