me again...She's still sleeping a lot at night--about 12-13 hours and napping only once for aboutg 1 hour and fifteen minutes.  Is this okay?

Is she sleeping through the night? Is she going down for her naps ok?  If so, and you are happy, she is happy then I don't see why not.
I dream of a sleep for more than 45minutes for the child that I care for at the moment, I don't know what's gone wrong with him.

She's not sleeping through the night.  She goes down fine, wakes up anywhere between five and six, we give her a bottle, which she finishes and goes back down.  Sometimes she'll sleep till 8am.  I've tried keeping her up when she wakes up after six, to see if it will give her a longer nap or maybe even two naps, but she still will only sleep for that hour and fifteen minutes.
