I can't find that link about 2 BM EASY

Hi!
I'm sure a few weeks ago I saw a link that says which hours for 2 BM and more solid food, and I'm looking all over the site and can't find it.
M 9.5 months lo is having 3 BM a day and I'm pretty sure she would be happy with one less and I before I do it I just want to see the "formal schedule" about it.

so... if anyone have it, pls write it down.

Although, I would suggest holding on to 3 bms a day for a little longer as bm should still be the main source of her calories until 1 year

this is the link I was looking for.
I don't care to keep with 3 BM, but now on 3pm she seems to just play with my nipple than really eats.
