moving to 3.5 hour EASY

Just a quick question.

When moving to a 3.5 hour EASY, is it just the very first awake time that you extend first for 3 days (i.e after 7am feed), or is it both morning awake times (i.e. after 7am and 10.30 feeds)? And then when you've extended them to 2 hours you then do the afternoon ones??

we haven't transitioned to 4hrs easy through 3,5hrs routine [dd has just transitioned herself straight to 4hrs] but as far as I remember from the book yes, it's the first period you are supposed to be extending.
