wow...I've never even heard of this before lol. I'm totally out of the loop. i'll look into it.
SO...guess what?!!!
......I don't think the food is what is constipating her.
she has been on Alimentum formula and we were asked to try changing her over to similac Sensitive.....I started that a month ago along with starting solids and she's been constipated the whole time! then I ran out of sensitive the other day so for 2 days now she has had ONLY alimentum again and yesterday and today she has had two totally normal soft poops.
I think the mystery is solved:)

lol...okay mystery back on...today we had a firm-hard poop again??? hmmmmm I gave her these mum mum rice crackers yesterday..wonder if tha'ts it?
