as far as i can tell.... sort of. you can't attach something from your hard drive, but it looks like if you upload the picture to an online site (like photobucket), you might be able to link to it.
above the row of smiley faces, the 2nd square from the left is "insert image". if you cut & paste the photobucket link, highlight it & click on that button, it might put the image in for you.
