To get through to a 7pm bedtime she'd probably need 1.5hrs nap. If it's less than that you can bring bedtime forward.

ah good that's what I was thinking so at least i'm starting to think the right way.

So if I get a good nap - 7ish bedtime

If I get a poor nap I will go for a 6.30 ish bedtime

ok so things not good at all but there is justification:

Cut 2 more teeth
Got Sickness and Diorreha bug
and just got back from Dr who says she has had a virus and now has a respiratory infection so is on antibiotics and inhaler for a wheezy cough, my poor little love.

This puts a bit of light to all the problems so I am gonna check the general EASY board for advice on getting back on track with illness.

Thank you for everything so far and i'm sure once she is well I will be back again :'(
