need some advice. The last two mornings I had to AP her back to sleep as she was waking at 6am. This was with a two hour nap. She didn't resist bt.  Today I put her down for her nap at her usual time (5hrs and 25min of A time) and she just freaked out. She couldn't settle. Obviously, this resorted to an OT nap so she napped from 12:30-1:30pm. She couldn't settle, was freaking out, arching her back, screaming. I suspect pain! Anyhow, i took her out and when she was then happy.
What bt would you do with a one hour nap? normally bt is 7:30pm. Do i aim for a 5min cn?

someone suggested to me, just take away what they didnt sleep. so if your lo should have slept for 2 hrs but only slept for 1 then go for a 6:30 b/tme instead of 7:30. i hope that makes sense!

Makes sense.
I took 30mins off instead and she was asleep by 7pm, but she had a nw from 4-5am.  Then from 5-7am I had to settle her twice. I have noticed that she wants me to settle her by cuddling her. she will fall asleep instantly on me but when I put her back down in the crib she just wakes up and cries.  I had to do pu a few times this morning.
I don't know if I should consider the 4am an EW?

i don't think she was UT, especially with a 1hr nap! I don't know! She has been very fussy and clingy today. I am thinking her molars are shifting.

I think we are teething here. She woke up from her nap at the 45min mark, screaming, wiggling. She kept body slamming against the mattress, like she couldn't get comfortable. That doesn't sound OT does it?

A has been very clingy the last few days, but has a front tooth on the way. ive just noticed he has a secret back molar hiding!! when A went on to 1 nap he used to give a 2or 2.5 nap, but today we had the longest sleep which was 1hr 40 in ages! im starting to think he is UT and thats whats causing our NW'S.
