Thanks. Our day usually and should look like this:
6 awake and BF
7 breakfast
9 nap until 10.30 then BF
11.30 lunch
1.30pm nap until 3pm then BF
4.30 dinner
6 BF then bath
6.30 bed
Sometimes he wakes at 6.30 so he has shorter A time before BT but yeaterday he woke at 5.30 and cut his nap short so it got to 5pm and he had been awake 3 hours. That extra 1:5 hr would have made him so OT but then had he napped too long he woul have been UT and we would have had an early waking probably! I let him nap for 20 mins then woke him but don't know if this is the right thing to do?
