grrr, weve had about 5 changes of clothes today. He grumpy anyway because he is teething so the fact that I have to keep changing him is making him worse. I put him in his highchair while i went to the toilet and i came back and the dog was licking his feet, he had been sick everywhere!! For some strange reason, my dog loves sick and poo  ::)

My gut feeling is to go back to bf and see. I think I will stick with the neocate today and feed him again myself tomorrow (its only been a day and I miss it so much!)

Hi Kelly, you said when you went to the wedding and your DP fed him Neocate he wasn't sick. Wasn't it that that made you suspect it was your milk making him sick? I think that this proves it isn't your milk KWIM. If he is being sick on Neocate too then prob it is something anatomical  ???

Hugs. Neocate is very thin, not much thicker tan breast milk. it is likely the spilling is a result of larger feeds now the discomfort has gone. Reflux can be silent and/or uncomplicated (spilling) I suspect C has an element of both. As bb says its sounds anatomical rather than pain/intoll related.

I'm really happy your milk is fine Hun :-*

yeah your right Sara - he takes more now that he isnt in pain and then is sick because he cant keep it down.

Im so glad its the same with the neocate and not just my milk - i can happily bf now knowing im not the one causing the sickness!

I was going to wait until tomorrow to bf but at BT he was so unsettled and I fed him and he settled great, he just needed the boobies ;D lol
