She napped from 1:30-2:45pm(hubby woke her) and am going to put her down at 8pm.
I can't let her sleep in as we have to bring my older daughter to school. Latest she can sleep in is 7:15am.
Last night she was down by 6:45pm and I had to wake her at 7:10 to get ready for school.

I will see how she does tomorrow. Going to keep nap at 1:30pm/1:45pm. I am really scared to let her nap until 4pm as I am not sure if she would go down at 8pm.

I would keep the nap the same length than before. So, if she napped 1.5 h from 1 to 2.30, I would put her down at 1.30/1.45 and wake her at 3/3.15. Remember that (at least for us) a no nap day means DS is more tired the day after and he needs a little catch up, even if he slept longer night. But if I don't allow it he becomes OT. This was especially when he was younger like A.
