Sweetie that's a good day. I know that the nap is short, but the day wasn't too long so hopefully your LO wasn't OT by BT.

If you haven't then I'd try medicating before the nap to see if it makes a diff. This time WU from a nap is often pain in our house. Otherwise Ut but I don't know if your LO is Ut :-\

Try to stick with the 1pm nap for a week. And 7pm BT unless the day gets too long. (If so then EBT even if just 15 mins earlier :-\ )

Two quick Qs...
What happens at 1hr10 when your LO stirs? Crying? Trying to settle? Talking? What do you do?
How old is she now?

Hi Sara thanks for your reply. My dd is 14mth n 3 wks now. She woke up from her nsp yesterday with little cry whinging but 5 mins then just lying in bed sucking cloth waiting for me to go in not crying anymore. But as soon as I tried to rock her to sleel she kept pushing me away n crying so I gave up.
Bedtime 1915 but got early wake this morning 0554 :'( i went in tried to rock her she will not sleep so i put her back in the bed n she is quietly lying in bed not asleep. i usually dont pick her out if bed till 0645. i am thinking I will put her down early today give  the early wake say 1215/1230??? She has swimming class this am so hopefully that will tired her out. What do u think? Thanks

If I put her down at 1pm 6am-1pm that is 7hr a time isn't that too long?

Okie arghhh this is ridiculous. I have given her nurofen before nap so finally fell asleep at 1230 I am thinking given she has early wake n shorter night I let her nap a bit longer so in total 2hr 10min
Now is 4am I have night wake >1hr she didn't cry for me, just rolling around sucking her cloth. I just happen to check the monitor n realise she is not sleeping. lying quietly in bed. This is so frustrating !!!! :'( :'( I just can't get it right.
Sorry for the rant.
So I let sleep in till 0730 then wake her up when she stirred. Nap at 1300?

Honey, turn that video off! If you didn't have it you would think she's asleep, and at the end of the day they do all wake a do Ut themselves back to sleep on and off. Just like we do (well I do anyway) I would t even count that as a NW really.

That's a great nap, and a great night! Yup I'd do nap at 12.30/1 depending on how she is but probably 1.
