Hi honey, I agree other Hena that what you need to do is get your LO in a stable routine with no OT and then once you are happy with the general pattern you can look to shifting the day slightly later.

Did you try dream feeding meds as Hena suggested earlier?

You could also try wake to asleep about an hour before she typically wakes. You could even couple that with the dream meds if you want.

I completely agree with pps that a 10.5-11hr night and 2hr nap is average sleep for around 2yo so you may just need to get in a regular routine and then try pushing the nap and BT later by 5-10 mins every few days in the hope that it shifts the whole day back a bit.

Have you tried a Groclock? If you can enforce her staying in her bed until the sun comes up for a few weeks them she should start to wait for it and not disturb you quite so early even if she does continue to wake earlier than desired.

I think you said she has always woke early so unfortunately if none if the suggestions work you may need to just accept that she is an early riser. Many kids have a body clock that wakes them up at 6 or so and they will always be like that. In that instance Tracy recommended an earlier BT for mama unfortunately.

Let's see if anything else helps first though :)
